Jennifer Knowles

Jennifer Knowles is originally from Raleigh North Carolina and attended East Carolina University before going to cosmetology school.

She has practiced cosmetology since 2006 after attending Mitchell’s Academy in Cary, North Carolina where she studied cosmetology and esthetics.

She has extensively trained in Balayage as well as with L’Oreal professional.

Jennifer’s passion is the art of Balayage and color blocking techniques to give more dimensional color with less maintenance.

The art of Balayage is a hair coloring technique that is designed to create very natural-looking highlights.

Balayage highlights grow out without developing a noticeable and obvious root.

Many stars and models use Balayage on their hair, and in response to popular demand, many salons offer Balayage, especially in urban areas.

Moving from Baltimore, Maryland in May 2007, Amanda Cottrill joins us with a myriad of experience.

She has been a part of the hair industry since 2002 and in the short seven years she has managed salons and been mentored by Redken and Loreal professionals, TIGI platform artists and industry leaders.

Amanda enjoys and participates in monthly continuing education, specializing in color techniques.

Her services include, but are not limited to, waxing, eyebrow threading, single color processes, dimensional coloring that includes highlighting, lowlighting, block color, gray coverage, balayage technique, color corrections and of course the hair cut that makes you unique.

Her three years of experience includes attendance and certification from the KMS California Hair Cutting Classes.
